It is possible to rent sites with supplied with public utilities, and rent offices, store-rooms and workshops. The so-called built-to-suit construction is very popular, which means the building we construct is fully adjusted to the demands of the client. The size of the building, the partition and quality of offices, store-rooms, display room are all determined by the client’s imagination. Having finished with the building we let it in the form of a long-term rental contract or in a lease construction. We are offering our assistance in fund raising also.
